Ms. Putty is a seasoned regional private sector development expert, bringing 14 years of experience
working in the corporate sector, banking in particular and business member organizations. She has
worked at national level and regional engagements within Africa. She is a Zambian citizen, born and
living in Lusaka, Zambia. Under her leadership, Save and Remit Services (SRS) is gaining ground
aspiring to be the leading traditional digital savings and payments platform in Zambia, Africa and
across the globe, representing the interests of traditional saving groups, cooperatives and SMEs in
Africa under financial inclusion. In 2022 the institution spearheaded a pilot project in Lusaka’s rural
areas through Financial Sector Deepening Zambia a pioneer of financial inclusion for the unbanked.It is a digital platform for improving efficiency and performance of SMEs in sub-Saharan Africa. Helping domestic trade and encouraged cross-border trade between Zambia and its neighbors.
